Mechanical Engineering degree (masters).
Requirement
Proficiency in Quality Systems (especially in the Automotive Industry).
Computer skills (CAD, thermal FEA, MS Office.
Language skills: Oral and written English language skills.
Ability to work on a multicultural/multifunctional team.
Interpersonal, oral, written and presentations.
English language skills.
Negotiation skills, Results orientation, Customer Focus, Attention to detail.
Initiative, Self-confidence.
Judgment / out-of-the-box thinking.
Responsibilities
Continuously improve performance of the production area while running at the lowest possible cost level when minimizing operational & environmental, health and safety risk.
Improve communication in all level of the Area to foster people involvement & engagement.
Manage assigned project to improve efficiently, quality, safety, problem solving.
Maintain appropriate documentation about production, upgrades, and maintenance.
Applying continuous improvement processes in line with ISO TS.
Follow changes in related regulations, internal processes and present to management team.
Make observations and take analysis, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved.
