职位描述
? Oversee total construction activities to ensure project is constructed in accordance with safety, design, budget and schedule. Includes interfacing with internal function representatives, operations representatives, governmental authorities, construction contractors, etc.
? Ensure safety standard, practices and policies, MET practices, work processes GB codes are being utilized during field construction.
? Strong team player.
? Excellent construction scheduling and organizations skills
? Strong communication skills
? Solid background in construction-related procedures and regulations.
? Experience in managing priorities and timelines simultaneously
? Able to work extended and / or unsocial hours to fulfill his / her role.
? Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.
? Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
? Understand Chinese government project permitting process.
