职位描述
? Supervise and coordinates the work as civil lead on capital project teams.
? Applies leadership skills with technical knowledge in the design, application and procurement of civil related items.
? Ensures the Civil Work Process Discipline (WPD) is used on capital projects to provide the design activities necessary for the construction and maintenance of process plants.
? Provides technical support to others and is involved with the creation and maintenance of global specifications.
? Strong overall civil design and engineering skills with advanced knowledge in a specific area.
? Fully applies Industry Codes and Standards. Uses global standards to ensure Dow's Most Effective Technology is implemented.
? Full Knowledge of Design and Computer Tools. Is recognized as an expert in a specific area of civil technology.
? Ensures that environmental regulations and Safety and Loss Prevention Principles are considered in design.
? Participates in the development of global standards and specifications.
? Mentors other personnel in the application of design tools and work process methodology.
