PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. To maintain the all Maintenance documentation. Including but not limited to creation, data input, filing of all Maintenance related documents.
2. Manages maintenance System both manual and electronic to insure compliance with the goals and objectives of the department.
3. Assist Maintenance supervisor in scheduling Maintenance activities.
4. Analysis the data, summarize and write reports to the Department Supervisor and or Manager.
5. Communicates with Suppliers and outside contractors and schedules their activities.
6. Manages Spare parts inventory to insure an adequate safety inventory. And Keep all supporting documents as it relates to the inventory.
7. Responsible for receipt of all material and spare parts.
8. Asset management and keeper of all the master documents use in maintenance activities.
9. And may be required to take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.



PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Key Internal Relationships: Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Logistic, Purchasing, Quality and Production.

Key External Relationships: Contractors, Suppliers Government Agencies.


REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

1. Knowledge of Maintenance activities.
2. Good Organizational and communication skills
3. Have ERP system operation experience
4. Good communication skill and positive working attitude.
5. Fluent English reading and writing.
6. At least 2 years working experience in related position.
