负责医疗器械的研发


职位要求：
精通模拟电路、模数混合电路，对微弱信号放大、高精度数据采集有深厚基础和丰富经验。在微控制器、系统软件和数字电路设计等领域提供专业技术，以促进医疗器械产品的发展。工作内容包括系统、组成标准设计，原型、模拟和部件选择。能对外部合作伙伴和管理资源进行鉴别和合作，以达成规划和公司目标。

? 电子专业本科以上学历，3年以上高科技产品开发工业工作经验
BS in Engineering (EE) with 3+ years industrial experience in high technology product development.
? 有成功开发医疗器械的经验
Demonstrated experience in successfully developing medical devices
? 有开发系统软件和/或PDA、高性能电脑面板、微处理器的仪器和数码电子设计能力
Demonstrated skills in embedded platform development and/or PDA, high performance computing platforms, microprocessor based instrumentation, and digital electronic design
? 制定并达成项目时间表的能力
Demonstrated ability to set and meet project schedules.
? 利用模拟工具和方法使产品最优化并对其进行验证的设计经验
Experience with simulation tools and methods to optimize and verify designs
? 规划并进行严密的实验设计和测试以验证设计的经验
Experience planning and conducting rigorous design of experiments and tests to validate designs
? 设计高密度多层PC板、ASIC和FPGA经验
Experience with design of high-density multi-layer PC boards, ASICs, and FPGA
? 出色的交流、交际和领导技能
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment while meeting individual and project commitments
