1、Bachelor or Masters of Science degree in industrial technology, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
Work experience:
1、At least 10 years work experience of which minimum 5 years managerial experience within wiring harness industry.Commercial vehicle background preferred.
Special skills:
1、Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, planning and related ERP systems.
2、Decision making and organizing ability, good leadership skills and team player.
3、Problem solving ability.
4、Systematic approach to management.
5、Lean 6sigma and required quality systems knowledge (TS16949, ISO9001/14001, OHSAS18001).
6、Good negotiation skills
7、Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, etc).
Language skills:
1、Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) language skills, both oral and written.
职位职责： Responsibility of controlling the whole production department, including information flows of materials acquisition, production and customer deliveries. Managing the department’s production planning and leading the production.
Main tasks：
Facility, maintenance and investment：
1、Lean layout planning.
2、Investment on machinery, equipments and tools both from local and international sources.
3、Ensure machinery, equipment and tool maintenance.
Control, plan and co-ordinate the manufacturing process：
1、Develop a world class manufacturing process.
2、Utilize knowledge of product design, materials and parts.
3、Utilize fabrication process, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods and quality control of process
4、Plan, execute and analyze efficient work force, process flow and space utilization.
5、Minimize the required working capital (RM, WIP and FG).
6、Set production targets and make production schedules to ensure the OTD.
7、Meet demanding customer quality requirements (PPM).
8、Follow, develop and report KPIs and take actions to improve them.
Cooperate with other functions：
1、Cooperate with sales, purchasing, logistics and quality department.
2、Communicate with management and other functions regarding capabilities and schedules.
3、Participate in recruitment process.
4、Budgeting and forecasting of production function in cooperation with finance.
