Sourcing Manager
任职要求：
Education:
Suitable Bachelor or Master of thesis degree (Logistics, Electro mechanics).
Work experience: Minimum 5 years experience of sourcing issues.
Strong know-how of electronics markets and business area globally.
Good co-operation and communication skills.
Good negotiations skills.
Language skills:
Fluent Chinese (mandarin) & English , other language skills benefit.
职位职责：
1、Participate Sourcing operating plan creation and implementation.
2、Agreements with suppliers (NDA, PA).
3、Price, payment & delivery term agreements with suppliers.
4、Supplier development plans (co-operation, process, tools).
5、To find alternative suppliers and components (localization).
6、To develop sourcing related processes and instructions.
7、Supporting WS in Asia Localization.
8、Co-operation with other teams (production, purchasing, R& D, quality, sales), including HQ.
9、Monthly reports to GM & HQ.
