- Cost controlling and internal management reporting
- TP & local standard cost calculation for new project
- Annual CSC & TP campaign player
- Monthly cost closing & monthly Finance reporting
- Business Review preparation & coordination
- Star products maintenance & updating
- Internal Control Process coordinator (KIC)
- E-Flow consulting & Auditing


- Business compliance with Chinese regulation and corporate policies & procedures
- Support provision to Operations in order for a healthy running of business
- Internal control and improvement action driving over Operations
- Provide reliable cost information for business development


REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor degree in Financial Management or Accounting
Job Related Experience: At least three years' experience in Finance area

Experience in cost controlling is a must
Business Understanding: Experience in a manufacturing entity
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Good oral& written English
Good understanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, PP, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and data management
Initiative, collaboration, pressure management, patience

Support Management team for business decision making
- Quality and timely report
- Quarterly business review
- Regulation & policies compliance Full Quality and timely delivery of information

Practical analysis and proposal provided to the Management
Drive Operation performance
- Support Operation on daily issues
- Consulting activity for Operation Partial Timely support provided to the Operation
Deploy and Improve policy and process
- Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up improvement actions on internal control
- Implement guidelines, launch projects and follow up the result in Finance area as requested by Superior Finance team
Full Internal control in place for each key transaction

Project launching in line with request from Superior
Cross function communication
- Communicate with line manager
- Communicate with all related depts.
- Communicate with Vendor and Customer Finance team
- Communication with local government
- Communication with bank Partial Effective communication and timely feedback provision
