Job Description
Position Title: Manufacturing Project Leader
MISSION
- Manage and lead projects based on WPF project port-folio following 5 main tasks: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor & Control, Close
- Ensure the realization of the project in time, in budget and in quality.
- Study industrial feasibility and support management team for project priority and opening decision
- Ensure functional management with appointed project team member, and define the need of resources and skill/competency.
NETWORK OF INTERACTION Major interaction parties :
(Internal e.g. colleagues, Sales & Marketing Dept, Unions & etc. External e.g. legal advisor, customers, distributors, Clients & etc)
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor degree of Engineering of university
Job Related Experience:3 years as Industrial position including 1 year functional management experience
Business Understanding: PMP - Cost control & finance - =S= organization , SPS
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English + Chinese / French is a plus,
MS Office, MS project,AutoCad/Pro-E is a plus
Communicate and report progress, orientations & problems to management & team members
Communicate with project team and specially with marketing team to validate project orientation and choice.
