- Should have some technological background knowledge of pattern design technology ( must be proficient in UG or Catia file)
- Experiences in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good understanding of process flow in pattern
- does not necessarily need to speek English
- Personality with good communication skills to cooperate with people
- Talented in organization of Jobs
- Target driven and capable to work independently
- Must be flexible to work in shifts
