Report to North China Operation Manager
Location: Suzhou

Principal Accountabilities :
Practice and promote Orbotech core value behavior; customer focused and competitive mindset (ownership, pro-activeness, take one step in advance) and be a role model to other employees.

Develop, implement and execute operational business plans in alignment with branch and Pacific goals and objectives to achieve and exceed business results and service revenues.

Manage and allocate appropriate resources to ensure the overall high support service quality and ensure timely response to customer and be fully responsible for customer satisfaction. May be required to provide on-site support services as necessary to accomplish targeted uptime of Orbotech systems at the customer sites.

Accountable for the excellent on-going customer relationships with assigned accounts or accounts in the assigned territory.
Provide leadership to enhance team cohesiveness and team spirit also with other teams and departments.
Proactively read customers needs and provide value-added services to customers.
Manage and ensure the timely and accurate reporting of open calls in Open Up Time system in accordance with company policy.
Fully responsible for the spare parts management and maintenance according to the company policy.

?Accountable and manage the timely and accurate submission of engineers expense reports.
?Manage the district expenses against target and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and guidelines.
?Participate and manage the new product release process, alpha and beta sites testing of new hardware and software products and installations as required.
?Initiate, identify and lead improvement projects to achieve company objectives.
?Fully responsible for people management, coaching and development to raise the overall employee competency to achieve company objectives.
? Contribute to company success by implementing and executing company programs to the fullest extent.
? Understanding of market trend and competitor information and communicate to managements for decision making and business planning.
? Accountable and have the sole ownership to complete employee performance evaluation process and exercise before deadline.

Academic and Working Qualifications
(Include minimum total years of experience required)
?University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science or equivalent.
? Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years at the management level.
?Operational business planning skill is required.
? Leadership skill is required.
?Excellent command of spoken and written English and local language.
?Strong interpersonal skill and proven record of a team player.
?Excellent project management skill
?Strong presentation skill.
?Excellent coaching and mentoring skill
? Customer oriented and Strong customer handling skill.
?Domestic and overseas traveling is required.
