This position offers an excellent opportunity to play a lead role on a high-performance and fast expanding mechanical design team. This position is ideally suited for a motivated individual who is energetic, takes initiative and has a broad understanding of mechanical engineering. You will need to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as being able to fit in with a very dynamic, fast pace and global team.

Key Responsibilities
? Develop and deliver mechanical systems of pedestrian door solutions to meet market needs, applicable regulatory and industry standards
? Provide project technology leadership in terms of hands-on mechanical design during new product developments, continue engineering and value engineering
? Report pertinent information regularly on team or project status through clear spoken and written communications
? Provide leadership/mentoring to junior mechanical engineers

Key Accountabilities
? Transform market requirements and concepts into technical specifications and detailed mechanical designs.
? Identify and analyze mechanical design problems to achieve optimal solutions that satisfy cost and technical requirements
? Support design reviews, both customer and internal as required
? Perform the appropriate tolerance and reliability analysis as well as FMEA ensuring products or parts fit appropriately in a low to medium production volume
? Participate in project planning and meet committed timelines
? Monitor testing and analyze data to verify performance of the prototype product to customer and design specifications. Review and approve test reports
? Work with suppliers and manufacturing to fabricate both prototype and production tooling

Requirements
? Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
? 5 years or above full lifecycle mechanical product development experience with project management senses
? Strong design skills of designing mechanism and transmission systems as well as mechanical parts
? Experience in manufacturing processes, such as casting, machining, stamping
? Good knowledge of GD&T and its applications
? Proficient in mechanical design software, such as Pro-E, Solidworks
? Team player with demonstrated commitment to growth and continuous improvement
? Good command of spoken and written English is must
? Willingness to change and Can-Do attitude
