Experience
1.5 – 8 years working experience in quality management;
2.Have strong experience in supplier quality management, process quality control, quality cost and customer service.
3. Familiar with ISO9000
4. Familiar with 8D, 7 QC, SPC tools
5. TS16949 is preperred.
6. ASME, PED, GB, KGS knowledge is strongly preferred.
7. 6 Sigma is preferred.

一、 日常工作Routine
1. Execute process quality audits.
2. Quality control team set up, control, coach and administration.
3. Disposition and control of non-conformance products and scrap.
4. Initiation of corrective and preventive actions.
5. Support and response to customer’s requirements
6. Oversee production activities/process control to ensure compliance to specification and quality procedures.
7. Effective application of “Quality Tools” and other valid method to management and continuous improveme products and process.
8. Supplier quality management.
