Senior Project Engineer (BPS PGL) (currently open)
Tasks:
? Guide interdisciplinary teams in strategic projects by implementing and supervising the usage of the BPS Planning Guide Line (PGL)
? Conduct workshops and deliver trainings in BPS PGL related topics in an international environment for China and in the Asia-Pacific region
? Be part of the PGL experts to continuously improve the standards companywide
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above with a major in engineering
? More than 5 years of work experience in an production environment
? At least 2 years of work experience in the lean production environment
? Knowledge in manufacturing and production processes
? Experience in project management
? Basic knowledge in controlling
? Good communication, presentation and facilitation/moderation skills
? Accept responsibility and show ability to lead teams
? Fluent in English
? Strong MS Excel knowledge
? Willingness to travel
