? Provide leadership and management strictly in accordance with the values set by the company
? May manage 10-20 supervisors and managers who supervise a total of 1000-3000 employees in all aspects of Operations and Supply Chain in accordance with company's policies & applicable laws
? Works in total alignment with customers to provide highest service levels at lowest cost
? Effectively develop, lead and manage teams and processes. Focus on team collaboration, shared information, and accountability.
? Ensure all safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement commitments are met
? Responsible for the quality, quantity, reliability and availability of inventory materials and supplies to support the revenue plan
? Be highly results oriented and use sound judgment in making business decisions in a timely manner. Must possess the ability to manage change and allocate resources as necessary.
? Drive pursuit for continuous improvement and excellence with passion through solid strategic and tactical approaches of delivering results and eliminating waste in the business system
? Develop budget and cost controls
? Able to travel nationally and internationally as required
? Ensures that all operating and quality certifications are maintained and updated

? Adopts a collaborative style in problem solving - solicits input from others and facilitates the problem resolution process.
