AGE Below 45 years of age NATIONALITY Chinese FORMAL EDUCATION ROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS College Degree and above EXPERIENCE GAINED QULITIFICATION 1. Above 2 years' experience in quality management within at least above 1 year's experience in supplier quality management; 2. Must have at least 1 year experience with supplier quality and supplier continual improvement; 3. Must have background in purchasing, planning, or other function which would build procedures and policies at a basic level prior to moving to Supplier Quality Environment; 4. Valve experience is preferred, previous responsibility in metal working/machining, castings, and raw materials is a must; 5. Proficient in principle of ISO9001 quality management system; 6. Know materials for mechanical engineering well; 7. Be familiar with the whole process of quality control of foundry good as well as data statistical analysis; 8. Who grasps the process of forging, welding, machining; 9. Able to read and understand engineering specifications and prints; 10. Able to use and understand gauges, results of the readings, and report for first samples and other requirements as needed; 11. Have a good command of communication, writing ,organizing, and prioritizing; 12. Have good analytical skills and good judgment , great sense of responsibility and team spirit; 13. Travel can be extensive and is as needed. PERSONALITY Open-minded, Good Learning and self-motivated LANGUAGES Spoken/written Average/Fluent Fluent spoken and written English are required TRAVELLING REQUIRED Yes Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES Why does the job exist, results to be achieved 1. Be in charge of quality anomalous management of products, issuance of SCAR and follow ups of supplier quality improvement activity; 2. In charge of periodic review of supplier quality achievements, information notifications on supplier quality and continuous improvement and validation; 3. Take parts in the whole validation of new products and assist in approving initial sample of supplier; 4. Take parts in developing and verifying of new supplier, examine new products with purchasing and R&D departments and decide the final qualified supplier; 5. Must work well with several functions including planning, purchasing, strategic sourcing, engineering, quality, and continuous improvement; 6. Understanding and aptitude in Project planning and reporting by supplier and by project is required. 7. Obey the work arrangement assigned by superiors.
