Product Engineer
Reports to Business Support Manager (Swedish, based in Sweden)
In order to give the best support to the organization to be able to meet and exceed the customer demands, the Product Support team is focused to carry out tasks within the Customizing System, Help Desk and third Party Approvals.
Main responsibilities:
? Carry out tasks in the Customizing system related to Customizing Prototypes
? Responsibility for Basic Articles (standard articles)
? New connections (machined parts that connect to our customer's systems)
? Options and Configurations (customized products to meet customer demands)
? Solve claims and present corrective actions related to the customizing tasks
? Initiate, coordinate and decide about third party approvals
Requirements:
1. University graduated within technical field.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
3. Strong customer orientation.
4. Experience on Chinese pressure vessel will be an advantage.
5. Ability to work in an international environment.
6. Be familiar with Microsoft Office, understanding of calculation tools.
7. Fluent English in both verbal and in writing.
8. Target- and action-oriented person who works quickly.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Team player.
