Responsibilities
?Establish and implement HSE policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with both company and the Chinese HSE requirements.
?Provide HSE counsel, direction and support to site management.
?Responsible for the HSE issues at complex site with potential accountability.
?Lead HSE issue resolution efforts and achieve timely results.
?Lead HSE and labor law compliance audit for suppliers.
?Be responsible for communicating and, training the employees and outsourced people who working in the site on HSE, to enhance compliance of HSE policy.
?Act as contact person with local fire, safety and other related.
?Managing/monitoring HSE routine.
?Leading in implementing HSE Sub-teams.
?Tracking all actions identified for improvement and documentation.
?Leading in validation of effectiveness of action closed.
?Making sure all Hutchinson and local codes are implemented in expected ways
?Managing relevant licenses, including apply/reapply/update.
?Monitoring HSE equipments/instruments maintenance.
?Training of safety.

Requirement
?Bachelor degree, major in related subject
?At least 5 years experience , Demonstrated performance with solid hands on HSE experience
?Good communication skills English
?Strong knowledge of relevant Chinese HSE legislation, regulation and standards.
