Job Description / 职位描述:
1. Responsible for the on-line shop design on B2C and the operation, to promote the brand force and increase the on-line deal.
负责制B2C网店铺整体规划，运营，提高品牌影响力和成交量；
2. Responsible for the daily on-line shop maintenance and product update, to promote the on-line shop attraction and increase products sales.
负责淘宝店铺日常维护、产品选择，更新，以增强店铺吸引力、产品销量；
3. Responsible for the planning and promotion of activities, coordinate the design department and sales department.
负责活动策划与推广方案制定，协调设计部门与销售部门；
4. Responsible for the data analysis of industry and on-line shop, including daily data monitoring and analysis for marketing data, deal data, product management and customer management, and the development of the adjustment policy.
负责行业及店铺相关数据的分析、总结, 包括每日监控数据：营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理，并进行数据有效分析，提供相应调整政策 ；
5. After Brand rise, we will sale TopValue production domestically and internationally, and maintain customer relationship for longer term.
品牌拓展后，将在国内建立研发中心，装配工厂，并在国内与国外市场铺开销售，并维护客户。达到品牌良性健康发展。

6. Other temporary work.

Skills needed / 职位要求:
1. Good at planning, communication and coordination, a certain ability of data analysis and writing skills.
有较强的策划及沟通能力强，有一定数据分析能力和文字功底；
2. Experienced in the operation on on-line platforms, including,
A) Responsible for the planning of on-line shop pages and modules, improve the customer’s on-line shopping experience.
B) Responsible for the planning and optimization of on-ling products description, improve the searching relevance ranking in search engine.
C) Responsible for the planning of promotion activities online, improve the on-line shop access flux and Conversion rate.
熟悉电子商务平台，作流程与规则；
A) 负责店铺页面板块策划，提升消费者进店体验；
B) 负责店铺内产品描述的策划和优化，提升产品在搜索相关性排名；
C) 负责店铺内促销活动策划、流量引进、转化率等；
3. Good at the use of Photoshop, office and software for making web pages.
熟练使用Photoshop等图片处理软件、office 办公软件以及HTML网页制作等常用软件；
4. Strong innovation ability and execution, result oriented, as well as team player.
较强的创新和执行能力，以结果为导向，有团队合作精神；
5. Openness, aggressive, could able to work under big pressure.
