Experienced UC Engineer
Location: Japan
Job Summary:
The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to participate in Cisco Unified Communication consultancy, design, implementation and support to help customers maximize UC/BV system availability and functionality to achieve their business goals. Activities will include in-depth analysis, design (both for high and lower level network solutions), deployment, support and consultancy. The candidate will be well-qualified and experienced UC engineers, working in a fast-paced and high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering our commitments.
Responsibilities:
? Participate in deployment planning and provide support in Cisco UC project.
? To prepare document and report for Cisco UC project.
? To understand customer’s needs, assess the full requirements, and help senior NCE to identify suitable solutions.
? To collaborate with different teams to achieve project requirement.
? To support on the delivery and network solution implementation.
? To provide support and troubleshooting service in project.
Major Requirement:
? Strong knowledge of Cisco UC technology, including CUCM, CUC, CUPS, CUBE, VGW and IP Phone.
? Knowledge of Video technology, including expressway, TMS, VCS, MCU.
? Knowledge of traditional TDM telephony services and processes, including T1/E1, SONET/SDH, and ISDN.
? Knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching.
? Strong troubleshooting skill, including VoIP protocol analyses, problem identification.
? Excellent written and oral communication in English and Japanese.
Special qualifications:
? More than 5 years voice relevant Work Experience.
? CCIE is preferred, Voice/Collaboration CCIE is a plus 举报 分享
