招聘职位：

一、初级：
1.接受免费统一的专业学习培训和模拟训练。
2.成绩优秀的交易员将逐步晋升为中级、高级交易员。

4.具有很强的工作责任心和团队合作精神。

岗位待遇：底薪6000+车补、饭补200元+盈利提成20%+年终奖+五险一金月薪可达10000元以上

二、中级：
1.可承受较大心里压力，有很强的自我调控能力，纪律严格。
2.对公司资高度负责，严格执行安全控制。
3.以持续稳定盈利为最高目标，成为业内精英人才。
4.热衷于金融行业的有经验人士，有意与国际经济及货币交易的最新理念保持一致水准，并关注全球外汇实时走势。
5.敢于迎接挑战、能独立承受压力、完成公司交赋的工作任务。
6.有很强的分析能力，擅长并酷爱交易工作。
7.具有自信、冷静、理智、果断、坚定、胆识等交易员所要求具备的各项品质。

岗位待遇：底薪10000+车补、饭补300+盈利提成30%+年终奖+五险一金月薪可达15000元以上；

三、高级：
1.负责公司指定客户账户或配资账户的资金运作。
2.具有丰富的市场分析能力，做出每日交易计划，熟练掌握各种分析工具。
3.配合培训讲师完成新入公司员工的实盘交易辅导。
4.把握市场机会，及时交易，确保账户达到持续稳定盈利，尽可能的达到利益最大化。
5.专业不限，经济类、理工类专业优先。
6.人品端正，谦虚好学，自信果敢。
7.有很强的数据运算能力及宏观经济数据分析能力。
8.熟悉双边市场，至少三年以上股票交易经验或两年以上双边市场交易经验。
9.公司提供完善免费提高培训。

底薪15000+车补、饭补、通讯补助500元+盈利提成300%+年终奖+五险一金月薪可达2--3万元
