BASIC FUNCTION

This position is responsible for managing and running Kohler Sales training system, designing & updating professional sales training curriculums as needed to keep front line Sales team on the competitive edge.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop Sales training strategy and plan based on Kohler China business strategy

- Work closely with sales team to understand their training needs;
- Set up sales training plan and implement within budget;
- Arrange New Sales Orientation and other sales Professional training under training plan;
- Provide appropriate coaching to sales depend on their needs.

Develop on line sales training platform.

Develop sales training system and program for all sales level.

Lead Kohler sales team DNA program aim to build outstanding team within the industry.

Lead regional Sales Training Supervisors/Specialists on professional training, coaching and showroom checking

- Collect new products information to work out FAB training materials quarterly;
- Update all product knowledge materials twice a year;
- Deliver TTT/Adv. TTT and certify necessary amount of internal trainers on needs;
- Frequently collect/contact DC distributors to understand their training neess and
   feedbacks on training effectiveness through different channels;
- Maintain internal trainers training system on both training quantity and quality;
- Edit training newsletter and do the sharing on best practices;
- Responsible for Kohler promoter SMS test and system maintain to make sure they have
right/enough product knowledge;
- Arrange centralized DT/DR training program in HO based on distributors’ needs.

Perform other assignments delegated by the VP - Commercial, K&B China.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisory Relationships:
Has 5 subordinates titled Sales Training Specialist/Supervisor;
Direct reports to VP – Commercial, K&B China and dotted line report to Director – Human Resources, K&B China

Organization Relationships:
Frequent contact with Sales, Sales Managers including Regional Sales offices
Frequent contact with Marketing Product Managers;
Frequent contact with Technical Service and Engineering department;
Frequent contact with HR department.

External Relationships:
Frequent contact with Distributor/Dealer, i.e. Showroom, Project Sales and their managers as well;
Moderate contact with external consulting company searching for suitable training programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

University graduated or above in relevant discipline.

Minimum 2 year’s training curriculum design and 3 year's solid experience in similar position

Previous experience in Sales and a multinational company or sizeable company is preferred.
