Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Implement the financial system and standard, develop the post responsibility system of financial department, and inspect, supervise and guide of the financial work.
? In accordance with the financial budget strictly, review each expenditure with the economic contract and implement the financial supervision.
? Assisting facility manager, coordinate the preparation of annual financial budget.
? According to the approved annual budget by the client and the management convention, supervise, inspect and audit the collection status for the management fee, and control the expenditure within the budget.
? Participate in major economic business, contract management, the feasibility study for business development, and provide the reference information for the decision-making by facility manager.
? Coordinate the relationship between the financial department and other departments, clients, business development department and financial department in headquarter.
? Be responsible for the contact and discussion about the tax and foreign exchange matters with banking, taxation, industry and commerce bureau.
? Assisting the facility manager to attend the regular meeting with the sponsor, make a report for analysis and suggestions on monthly financial status of the project.
? Cooperate the accounting audit with the internal and external auditors.
? Ensure the accounts treatment in compliance with national laws, regulations and policies.
? Work in conjunction with the sourcing Manager relative to all procurement/purchasing and sourcing issues..
? Work in conjunction with the Human Resource Manager relative to all related issues.

General Expectations
The following general expectations apply to all CBRE personnel assigned to the client
? To take charge of the SDC LOFM financial jobs, update the monthly payment information accurately and timely, develop and maintain all necessary payment guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable/receivable process.
? To discipline the financial budget, make clear linkage of financial results to operating plans, make the analysis with the spending and budget, and supervise the financial operation.
? To coordinate the annual budget establishment, following up with the facility manager.
? To involve the facility operation spending planning, identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities, participate the data driven decision making, and improve the financial service quality.
