Position Summary:
? Marketing strategy and tactical plan. Sales tools and online campaign
? Food and beverage market analysis
? Competitors analysis
? Workflow/solution development for Food & beverage
? Internal sales and marketing training. Distributor Training
? Segment strategy & budgeting
? Segment marketing activities planning and execution
? Product line management
? Kol management
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Plan and Execution
? Draw up the marketing strategy and tactical plan for food & beverage segment.
? Collecting the market trend and Market dynamics to execute and adjust the marketing and sales plan.
? Analyses market intelligent data to conduct and support the business development in food & beverage segment.
? Ensures execution of marketing plan and follow up analysis in order to increase the sales revenue in food and beverage segment.
? Develops and implements strategic marketing plans in accordance with business group and business goals.
? Define tactical requirements and action plans in order to direct and control account activity.
? Training for sales/field marketing team and distributor to align and execute the marketing plan.
? Collecting the competition information and Competitors analysis
Ensure strong communication among internal colleagues and food & beverage Kols.
? Meeting with global PM/SMI, sales, field marketing team and supporting team to follow and track the marketing plan.
? Regular communication with supporting team include application team/Engineering Team/supply chain team/IE team/RA team to ensure the business smoothly developing in China.
? Maintain the relationship with food & beverage Kols to continue updating the F&B regulation/market trend/etc.
Marketing events and tools.
? Work close with Marketing Communication team to organize the marketing activities include exhibition/seminar/conference.
? New product launch campaign.
? Work close with digital marketing team focus on wechat/webinar/EDM/etc.
? Prepare the marketing and sales tool to support the sales.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
? Strategic thinking, to enlarge scope of tasks, find alternative solutions, and actively influence events through the generation of action plan unsupervised.
? Communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers and internal colleagues.
? Work accurately with figures
? Strong problem solving skills with well organized documentation
? A “hands-on approach” to work and the ability to work under pressure
Education / Experience:
? Individual must have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in F&B industry-related field, Microbiology or biotechnology degree is preferred.
? Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in food and beverage testing industries.
? Proficiency in written and spoken English and fluency in local language.
