岗位职能：

1、负责网站商家账号的管理工作；

2、负责网站用户体验管理及需求管理工作；

3、构建网站运营数据指标体系，并制定有效的方案，持续提升和优化运营数据；

4、负责网站用户、商家数据管理及挖掘工作；

5、负责监控竞争对手，不断取长补短优化产品及服务；

任职条件：

1、专科或以上学历，3年以上网站或大型门户网站运营或规划经验,有电子商务或社区运营经验优先；
2、具备数据化运营的经验，精通网站的运营指标，并有优秀的运营分析能力，持续不断优化网站运营数据；
3、能够独立策划和搭建网站的频道、板块、功能；对用户体验有敏锐的洞察力，不断提升网站的用户体验；
4、能够对用户数据进行专业分析，具备一定的数据挖掘的专业基础；
5、良好的职业素养，执行力和领悟力强，耐心细致，责任心强
