Responsibilities
1. Provide pre-sales support for the sales teams as regards Presentations, bid co-ordination, prospect qualification, requirement analysis meetings, product demonstrations and architecture design.
2. Ability to understand and articulate customer business requirements and develop corresponding solution design
3. Configuring applications for prototyping
4. Develop extensions and customization on the Oracle CRM product to demonstrate solution fitness to customer’s requirements
5. Creation of sales support materials to represent Oracle CRM capabilities
6. Understand and articulate Oracle CRM value propositions
7. Articulate the total value of Oracle CRM suite with IDM, BI functionalities
8. Support third party solution partner sales and pre-sales activities
9. Deliver partner support and trainings for Oracle CRM opportunity support
10. Generation of high quality responses to RFIs and RFPs.
Requirements
1. Exceptional presentational and communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel.
2. Previous implementation experience on Oracle CRM, Application Server, Portal Solutions
3. Previous implemenation experience on CRM solutions
4. Proven track record in a sales support role including 8+ years of pre-sales experience with complex enterprise software solutions
5. Candidate may not have specific skills in implementing Oracle’s CRM Products, but will be expected to have implemented similar products. A successful candidate will be expected to have good technical knowledge
