Job Description:
1. IMP Biz Operation: Receive shipping order, confirm details with customer. Arrange D/O with carrier and co-loader. Arrange booking no, VSL/VOY to the shipper. Arrange/control the progress for vanning/trucking. Check manifest info. Prepare/Deliver relevant docs to customs broker and monitor the process for C/C. Send relevant documents to customer. Report to SPV/MGR for urgent issue and big problems in order to complete whole IMP biz operation smoothly.
2. Coordination with vendors: Coordinate with truck company, carrier, co-loader, and customs broker when special/urgent issue occurs in order to ensure smooth IMP biz operation.
3. Communication: Communicate with overseas agents/client on IMP biz. Collect relevant information, provide to customers/oversea agent in order to offer good service to customers.
4. Account Settlement: Key in the related info to GDS. Confirm all additional charges with client and vendor. Follow up the outstanding in order to support to improve the cash turnover for our company.
5. Assis CS team leader: Assist team leader to monitor the agreement space, feedback the attitude and recent situation of trucker and customs broker timely. Assist SPV to solve the sudden instance. Pay more attention to business variety of customer and follow up in time. In order to support the daily job steady.
6. Customer Maintenance: Visit the regular customer and new customer. Develop the current customer’s potential and new customer’s cargo volume in order to well enhance the service quality.
7. Others: Accept and fulfill the necessary tasks as assigned by the team leader in order to support team’s work.
Job requirement:
1. College degree, 1-2 year Export operation working experience in forwarding/logistics industry preferred;
2. Specific knowledge/expertise in;
3. Good English spoken/written skills and computer skill;
4. Well communication skill to the customers;
5. Well coordination skill;
6. Problem solving skill on operational process.
