? Develop and deploy Theme Cruise to drive sales
? Lead and coordinate with onboard revenue team and hotel operation team to develop proposed products and services including but not limit culinary, entertainment, shopping, sports, services, holidays etc.
? Portfolio management based on product list, standardize and update product information of the ship running in China, help to guide unique selling points of RCI products compare to local competitors.
? To create and draft product package and communication materials, training material and so on.
? Liaise with media team and agencies regarding tactical marketing campaign and events including manage onboard media including billboards, printing materials with CAS, onboard M&R, onboard revenue manager, product operation and onboard partnership.
? Competition tracking (product, MKT & TMKT activities, partnership)
? To proof read product information from English to Chinese and prepare onboard production information in Chinese. Deliver product information internally of our company. To assist global to make a standard of simplified Chinese versions of RCI glossary.
? Engage with senior management and executives when presenting or communicating product development, business objectives and concept design of new partnerships, product offerings.
? Monitor and manage new products or updates execution and feedback to formulate a good rotate circulation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job.
? 5+ years of product marketing experience at travel industry, multinational companies or FMCG( 3+ years for assist product manager)
? Bachelor’s in business or marketing
? Very strong written communication skills with excellent presentation skill
? Excellent English both oral and written skills
? Strong ability of under pressure and driven for result
? Willing to travel 25%
? Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
