Job function:
Marketing,Public Relations,Writing/Editing

The Marketing and Communications Specialist works in collaboration with the team to research, create, write and identify compelling marketing content, and to support internal communications, public relations and client development. Also manages the creative development, design and production of editorial projects.

Responsibilities:
  
- Develop, write and edit corporate communication material, such as speeches, presentations, press releases, brochures, advertising copy, to ensure compliance with corporate identity and policies.
- Manage internal and external communications efforts to build overall corporate image through media and employee engagement programs.
- PR campaigns including event planning and coordination
- Gathering and archiving media-related project material
- Maintaining and developing a local and international media contact base
- Manage third-party vendors/PR agencies (if any) to ensure high quality in deliverables and cost efficiency.
- Support crisis communications processes to protect company’s reputation
- Continuously and aggressively seek innovative platforms/plans to reach and engage our target audiences
 
Skills and qualifications:

- 3+Years’ experience in marketing or PR. Experience working in media a plus.
- Strong media knowledge and sound knowledge of other new media trends.
- Track record for driving employee communications in complicated organizations.
- Knowledgeable about developing leading edge communications and practiced in the implementation of these across country borders/cultures
- Thorough understanding of communications planning and in-depth knowledge and experience of the range and variety of communications channels, platforms and processes to ensure the right communication reaches the target audience at the right time
- Attitude of making things to happen instead of waiting things to happen
- This job requires a highly organized individual who is comfortable interacting with a variety of individuals, both in English and Chinese. 举报 分享
