岗位职责：
1、制作和审查产品的图片、描述、价格、服务条款等，完善各产品的上架工作，
2、负责ebay市场调查与分析，制定销售策略，控制交易风险，拟定合理的产品刊登计划，制定有效的推广策略，提高部门销售业绩；
3、解决客户的售前、售后提出的问题；
4、完善帐号各项政策与制度，保持帐号的好评率和良好的信用度；
5、制定月度，季度销售指标和实施方案；
6、对部门同事进行培训和管理。

任职要求：
1、3年以上ebay平台操作经验，具独立操作ebay账号经验者优先录用；
2、反应灵活，思维开阔，性格开朗，优秀的沟通和管理能力；
3、工作主动性强，具有独立分析及解决问题的能力，抗压能力强；
4、有条理性，有敏锐的市场洞察力，极强的执行力，具备开拓创新和团队建设及领导能力；
5、积极上进、有强烈的事业心、敬业精神，愿与本公司共发展。
