Responsibility: 1. Plan operational actions to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Efficiency. 2. Strictly implement production safety management regulations, responsible for production employees safety training. To be responsible for safety, health and production environment. 3. Assure that the Standard work is in place. 4. Coordinate Best Practices roll-out. 5. Work to achieve 100% quality to the customer. 6. Understand quality standards and make sure that it is being delivered to the customer. 7. Manage and maintain basic equipment in workshop to ensure normal production. 8. Responsible for production organization establishment, drawing out annual personnel plan, and determine qualifications of personnel needed, work procedures and tasks. 9. Instruct, supervise and check the work of subordinate staff, hold employee training, adjustment and evaluation for the department employees. 10. Responsible for reducing production cost and optimizing the production procedure through continuous improvement. 11. To coordinate with other functions department to integrate resources/information into assembly activities and understand production develop needs. 12. Maintain the morale, assuring problems solving and company's policies application 13. Daily reports are delivered on time with accuracy. 14. Implement and maintain a high level of 5S Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree or above / Major in engineer / mechanical or relevant 2. 5 years experience in production management in foreigner-owner enterprise. 3. 3 years mechanical facility assembly production line experience 4. 3 years experience with lean manufacturing. 5. Good management skills, quality management, and costs control abilities. 6. Strong abilities to judge, analyse and problem-solving, good communication, coordination, influential, resilience and good team spirit. 7. Microsoft office and basic computer skill proficiency 8. English oral and written
