职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、负责资产处置板块管理协调工作；

2、对处置资产进行分析，提出解决方案；

3、熟悉资产处置（方向为房、车、土地）流程和定价模式，独立完成资产项目处置；

4、组织尽职调查工作，对外代表公司维护客户关系；

5、独立完成项目前期调研、交易机构设计、谈判交易、后续管理等工作，主动防范和化解可能产生的各类风险；

6、负责不断拓展、维护中、高端客户资源，深度挖掘客户价值；

7、综合运用各类金融工具为客户提供专业化、个性化的综合金融服务；

8、进行市场及行业研究；

9、完成其他资产处置相关工作。

任职要求：

1、45岁以下，法学、金融、审计、会计等相关专业背景；

2、三年以上金融投资、银行信贷或者不良资产处置工作经验，熟悉资产处置的财务分析，风险控制；

3、熟悉 不良资产处置等业务领域，并有丰富实操经验；

4、熟悉运用担保法、公司法、合同法等与不良资产处置相关法律法规政策；
