We are currently seeking an experienced Test Manager, to take a lead role in providing Test Management services in respect to the on-boarding of new clients into SSAL (and other APAC locations as required). Testing is a key component to ensure that the developed product/interfaces meet client’s requirements.

[Key Responsibilities]

? Document and oversee the development and execution of the Test Plan, including supporting artefacts (i.e. scripts, defect logs etc.) for each client on-boarding initiative.
? Ensure Test Plans identify and address all known risk items and Change Control protocols are adhered to.
? Maintain & monitor defects. Ensure appropriate & timely escalation of critical issues to key stakeholders.
? Coordinate the test team and testing governance, including reporting to key stakeholders such as Project and Program Managers and sub Working Groups.
? Establish & build relationships with new SSAL clients and their project & test managers & supporting teams.
? Support State Street’s Corporate Goals, including our Risk Management goals

[Skills / Experience]
? Proven track record in Test Management, Business Analysis or Project Management within the Financial Services sector. Preference for experience in Back Office Custody and Administration on-boarding.
? A detailed knowledge of fund accounting (and related services) and custody concepts is desirable
? A demonstrated ability to perform analysis to ensure an accurate & thorough understanding of the testing required by the project, timeframes and risks
? Excellent communicate skills and confidence with dealing with all levels of the organization, both internal and external
? Presentation skills; being able to present ideas effectively to an audience (internal &/or external)
? An ability to identify, resolve and escalate critical project issues
? Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
? Results Orientated
? Good MS Power Point, Word, Excel skills
? Knowledge of MS Project and Visio
