Responsibilities:
1.Research
-Collect related information and work out feasible plan;
-Consult regulatory, compliance with expert;
- provide new ideas on its research field.
2.Handling project
-Complete project on time, including formula development, lab trial, plant trial, marketing test (support);
3.Feedback and discussion:
-Feedback the results and comparison to leader in time;
-record all related information of trials in notebook and witnessed by the group leader.
4.Communication
- Good communication with China and Asia marketing associates.
- Good communication and share experience with team worker.
Requirements:
1.Graduate master, more than 3 years experiences in food company R&D department; more than 2 years experiences on handling projects.
2.Food science background. R&D experience on FMCG, on oil or emulsifier is better;
3.Successful experiences on handle project and launch products.
4.Available in business trip, including out sea.
5.Fluent spoken/written English, MS-office skills;
6.Good communication and trouble-shooting ability;
7.Good health condition and meet the heath requirement of food plant.
