职位描述：
PPP商务总监岗位职责：
1.负责公司市场部战略发展布局，开展PPP模式推介，积极拓展PPP项目资源；
2.负责项目拓展，有地方政府资源；
3.项目谈判及调研分析，对项目落地的可行性做预判；
4.编制实施方案.物有所值报告.财政承受能力报告；
5.负责PPP项目识别，商务谈判，按客户要求进行专题汇报；
6.负责PPP项目的资格预审.招标.合同起草及谈判并最终签约。
任职要求：
1.熟悉PPP的操作流程，熟悉所有报告（方案）的内容，在基础设施.交通领域.能源.环保.片区开发.社会事业等领域有过操作的优先考虑，带领团队操作过2个以上的PPP项目（请在简历中注明具体操作的项目）。
2.熟悉财务基本理论，熟悉财务基本指标（内部收益率.财务净现值.投资回收期.投资回报率等）的计算方法，灵活运用财务几大报表及熟悉其对应关系，按照项目类型制定相应的财务模型及综合考虑项目全寿命周期的计算方法；
3.起草过项目合同或特许经营合同并参与过谈判，熟悉政府采购法.招投标法及实施条例及与PPP相关的各种政策文件。
4.在知名企业从事PPP项目咨询工作者优先考虑，对国内目前出台的PPP政策文件有一定的认识和见解并能灵活应用。
5.本科及以上学历，工作年限5年以上，环境工程/财务管理专业毕业，有PPP相关经验优先。 举报 分享
