职位描述：
Title：Sales Admin
Report to：Assistant Sales Administration Manager
Venue：Beijing

Core Accountabilities：
Book Management
1.Manage Pre-stock Books both in BJ &SH;
2. Provide updated inventory;
3. Prepare the assigned books for each Book Fair;
4. Check in new books and work with HK to stock in;
5. Manage LL binding and ISBN bar code make & paste;
6. Summary the books left / return for each university
7. Select and deliver the spot goods for customer;
8. Help HK and marketing do stock take;

Order Management
1. Process Print order from Sales/Agents/Customers;
2. Summarize and Track orders via contacting with PSS and other teams to push the order fulfillment;
3. Process the Weekly Sales Report on each Thurs;
4. Process the Invoice report title by title;
5. Monitor the order form, contract and other document sales submitted
