职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1)Spearhead due diligence activities and support the deal process from start to finish.
2)Responsible for building robust financial models for potential opportunities
3)Help manage post-investment related tasks.


Requirements:
1) STRONG research capabilities.
2) AT LEAST 3 years of experience at a private equity or venture capital firm, strategy consulting firm, preferably with a few years of working experience in technology sector.
3) Undergraduate degree from top-tier institution, or with distinguished skills in certain related areas.
4) Exceptional Excel/modeling/forecasting skills are essential, as is advanced knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
5) Must have strong understanding of accounting, valuation, and financial statements - Chartered accountants, CFA charter holders preferred..
6) Must be a VERY organized, detail-oriented team player.
7) Self-motivation and strong work ethic are vital.
8) Must possess an intellectual curiosity with an investigative mind.
9) Superior communication skills in Chinese Mandarin and good written and reading skills in English. 举报 分享
