Scope of Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to
- Develop and implement the Personal Banking segment strategy by sharpening CVP to meet the financial needs of the target audience in the market hence grow our client base.
- Tailor local client value propositions for segments, including sub-segment proposition design, aligned to global standards
- Drive development of services, benefits, segment pricing and solutions, working with Products, Distribution and functional groups
- Define client qualification criteria.


Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

* CVP Delivery
- Develop proposition for Personal Banking needs, savings, transactions and lending needs
- Define Banking and CCPL client segmentations and deliver service benefits, pricing and solutions by working with product, branch, V&V and digital teams
- Design on-boarding program to ensure the clients satisfaction in early relationship

* Acquisition
- Define key sources of acquisitions to grow Personal Clients with focus on Deposit , CCPL and digital banking
- Working with alliances & channels for new client acquisition
- Implement acquisition programs
- Review the effectiveness of ROI of acquisition activities

Selection Criteria:
- University degree major in Business / Finance / Accounting;
- Solid working experience in banking/financial services/consulting industry
- Strong customer focus
- Strong financial analysis skill with good business acumen
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Committed and hardworking; willing to work under pressure
- Strong project management and good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels in an organization
- A basic understanding of the retail banking industry in China, including some exposures to retail banking and wealth management products
- Preferably familiar with the SC's retail banking business
- Fluent oral and written English / Mandarin 举报 分享
