Title:
Automation Engineer
Position To Which Person Reports:
ME Section Manager
Purpose Of Job:
To support production and provide technical support
Major Responsibilities and Authority:
1. Responsible for upgrade current equipment to be automatic ;
2. Responsible for design new automatic/process control equipment;
3. To provide technical support to production and quality department;
4. Working with process engineer to study and review current assembly production / process for providing reasonable automation advice and improvement plan.
5. Especially focusing on print technology: a) working with current Korean supplier to make sure print machine stable and improved. b) To find new supplier and work with them to build new 3D printing machine.
6. Familiar with the environmental aspects related to own dept and the control way;
7. Familiar with APQP, FMEA, PPAP ,MSA tools; Familiar with TS16949 standard
8. Other job assigned by dept. manager;
Experience Required:
Above 6 year experience within PLC automation engineering
Good English communication skill
Knowledge's Skills And Abilities:
Good problem solving skill;
High degree of personal integrity;
Education:
Bachelor Degree, major in Engineering like process, Instrumentation or Automation etc..
