职位描述
Equipment engineer
Responsibility:
1) Equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance, calibration in terms of master schedule
2) Be responsible for improving equipment efficiency, attrition rate and downtime
3) To manage spare parts of equipments
4) Take charge of wave, selective process, coating machine, etc.
5) NPI(software, hardware and database) fine tuning under technical directions
6) To coach and manage equipment operators and continually improve their competency
7) Take corrective actions necessary to improve product yield improvement
8) To establish troubleshooting instructions of equipments and some other related documents
9) SMT pick and placement &AOI Programming is a plus
10) Follow the schedule of the equipment making, set-up, and receipt
11) Participate in group meetings and team activities.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field required
- Minimum 6 years related experience in PTH and SMT equipment
- Be proficient in wave/selective process and coating process.
- Be familiar with PLC and automation is a plus, basic knowledge is necessary.
- Good level of English, in speaking and writing
- Good communication and coordination skill
- Knowledge on standards like IPC 610, etc.
- Common PCBA process knowledge like MSD control, ESD control, etc.
- Hands-on experience and willing to learn and change
