Daily Tasks
? Manage the software services, including but not limited to shuttle bus, cleaning, indoor landscaping and security for the new building with around 1200 employees
? Support reception and mail room when needed
? Support new building Facility setup
? Actively provide Facility guidance, daily support and coordinate the new building activities and company events
? Serve as a Facility expert to provide support when needed
? Support audit and risk assessment and follow up with the implementation of corrective action
? Support Facility customer satisfaction survey and assure of implementation of corrective action associated with software service
? Other Facility support if needed
Qualifications
? Bachelor or above
? Good communication skills in English and Chinese
? Great team work spirit and act proactively
? Quick in learning
? Strong capability of handling multiple tasks
? Proficiency in Windows, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
? 5+ years experience in admin/facility job is preferred
