职位描述：

Sr. Quality/QA Manager高级质量经理-服装制衣/纺织业优先

Job Responsibility:

1. Negotiate with suppliers for quotation of existing and new products.
2. Source for new supplies, textile fabric product according to company requirement from qualified suppliers.
3. Identify and resolve potential purchasing problems (terms, price, quality and delivery).
4. Follow up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
5. Set up quality system for factories in accordance with the quality requirements.
6. Ensure product quality through control plans.
7. Ensure the quality of products of suppliers (quality and social).
8. Work on process improvement on efficiency and lead time reduction in mass production.
9. Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for color, measurements, labels and overall quality.
10. Monitor factory production status, control factory quality and schedule, on a regular basis to evaluate factory production quality status.
11. Build up DDC center for collectting all quality information to provide evidence for production and inspection.
12. Collect all quality documents approved by customer, keep all inline and final inspection report in file for backup.
13. Responsible to solve the problems in production process with QC and factory.
14. Responsible for team's training and management.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or equivalent with course work in textiles, apparel manufacturing or related experience.
2. Minimum 8 years combined experience in quality assurance, garment engineering and overseas production.
3. Familiar with garment industry quality standards.
4. Capable to solve the problems quickly.
5. Fluent in written and verbal Chinese and English.
