油脂精炼生产主管/Refinery Production Supervisor
工作职责：
- 负责车间生产、质量、安全及设备的管理，确保各项指标的完成；
- 组织实施生产部下达的生产计划，全面完成生产任务；
- 接受上级质量监督部门、环保 部门和主管部门的检查考核，接待参观人员，负责监督检查车间 QS 认证和质量管理体系的落实情况；
- 制定车间培训计划，定期组织消防安全培训、技术工艺培训，提高操作工的技术水平、责任心和质量意识；
- 负责精炼车间的人身、设备安全，确保安全文明生产；
- 对车间内所使用的设备进行检查维护，保证全车间设备 完好，运转正常；
- 负责车间员工的日常管理，不断提高员工综合素质。
职位要求：
- 大专以及以上学历，具有3年以上油脂精炼技术及生产管理经验；
- 熟悉植物油脂精炼工艺及油脂精炼设备；
- 具备一定的规划、分析及问题处理能力，能独立开展有关油脂精炼技术、设备及生产管理工作；
- 电脑操作熟练，熟悉AutoCAD制图；
- 具有较好的沟通能力与团队合作精神；
- 英语良好。
