Functional Description

Job Functions
? Develop and Execute the Secondary Water Supply Key Account Management approach.
? Develop high quality target KAs who qualifying and purchasing（统建统管） secondary water supply equipment like hydro boosters, booster pumping stations etc. Penetrate these customers with Grundfos customized secondary water supply solutions then increase the share of wallet, achieve sales target.
? Be responsible for selected KA customers’ management and secure the professional business offerings and service for these customers.
? Strengthen the customer relationship and secure the sustainable growth and contribution from KA customers;
? Work on and carry out sales strategy and plan.

Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Create the overview of KAs of secondary water supply customers and define the target KAs list.
? Work out the target KAs development activity plan and execute it!
? Collaborate with Regional sales team, leverage possible resources to strengthen the relationship with KAs to win more business opportunities
? Coordinate all the related support department resources to provide a best service to all target KAs.
? Promote secondary water solution and value selling image for all the target KAs and related partners
? Achieve the sales turnover and improve the share of wallet from target of KA customers.

Qualification and Experience

? Diploma or degree holder in general machinery & electrical or commercial background, etc.
? Minimum 5 years working experience as sales and familiar with solution sales approach
? Minimum 3 years KA business experience in the related or similar field
? Good communication and team coordination spirit
