职位描述：
工作职责：
1. Working with development team and GCM for EE component selection, review component specification against design requirement.
2. Parts Qualifications: leadership for driving actions for qualifications activities internally and externally including oversea 3rd party lab
3. Key stakeholder to a multiple sourcing strategy, chasing 2ndmultiple sources wherever possible to enhance the supply flexibility and drive competition on quality and cost
4. Secure compliance to QVL for projects where required
5. Audits and Closures: New Supplier survey and qualifications, regular quality system and process audits to suppliers;
6. Work with ECAT team for PCBA level and system level DFX, FMEA, driving closures for applicable items
7. Driving reliability compliance between application level and component level
8. Working with GCM team to drive suppliers to setup or reserve necessary production capacity, technical support to enable the capacity extension to meet the demand with +30% flexibility as necessary;
9. Leadership for quality issues including issue containment, root causing, corrective preventive actions implementation, lesson learned rolling up and cascading.
10. Quality Technical scorecards for QBR, presenting and driving actions;
11. Specification definition, setup, implementation, maintenance as necessary, the specification may include but not limited to quality system requirement, process requirement, material requirement, reliability requirement, cosmetic requirement…etc;


任职资格：
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in notebook design field.
2. Industry-leading electrical & electronic professional with extensive experience in test and manufacturing process on both PCBA and component level.
3. Familiarity with components specification & selection & qualifications upon the PCBA design.
4. Strong FA skill for problem solving and issue root cause is a must.
5. With extensive understanding on quality & supplier quality management methodologies & practices is a strong plus, such as PDP, QCP, CTPCTQCTF, FAI, FMEA, DOE, MSA, SPC, LSS, 8D, QPA, QSA, ISO, COC, Environmental, Reliability, SFCSTraceability, Minitab, QC tools.
6. With a GB orand BB certification is a plus.
7. Bachelor Degree or above in electronic engineering preferred.
