- Act as a key contact person between brand and category managers of digital platforms, on various initiatives; work out the marketing proposal and campaign ideas for each activations.
- Be the owner of brand's marketing campaign calendar, by leveraging the brand's seasonal activations to create marketing proposals dedicated to digital platforms, in order to acquire media exposure/ free traffic and to drive the brand awareness
- Be in charge of the sales target for digital flagship store. Drive the sales by various free and paid initiatives, and increase the conversation rate by navigation optimization, landing page redesign, category management, online merchandising, etc.
- Led the team of our operation partner to make sure the daily store operation is well executed, including promotion & campaign launch, pricing, product upload, navigation setup, assets deployment, etc.
- Closely monitor the daily execution of various eComm agencies, including SEM agency and marketing agency, etc.
- Coordinate with Ecom merchandiser on the product offering for each campaign.
- Analyze the traffic dynamics and acquire free traffic within platform.
- Orchestrate each campaign by communicating the details to internal partners including customer service, logistics and warehouse, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience on eCom digital channels, especially on Tmall or a brand’s e-shop.
- Solid experience on driving sales on digital channels with successful tracking record.
- Strong experience on coordination and communication with platform account manager of women's, men's and group buying categories, and knowledgeable about the platform promo, marketing campaigns and various traffic resources.
- Capability to guide the eCom operation & marketing agencies and experience on performance marketing, campaign planning and digital assets creation.
- Passion for fashion products.
- Agile, creative, entrepreneurial, digital-savvy and teamwork spirit.
- Agency and marketing experience is a plus. Excellence in English is a must and international education background is preferred.
