岗位职责
负责模拟电路版图设计，包括IP版图和Top版图的设计，验证和参数提取。

职位要求：
1.微电子、电子工程相关专业，本科（及以上）学历, 2～4年IC layout经验。
2.熟悉混合信号，模拟，高速版图设计。
3.熟练使用Virtuoso，使用Calibre进行DRC、LVS检查；
4.有PMU,RF等模拟模块版图设计经验优先考虑;
5.熟悉SKILL/Perl/TCL等编程语言优先考虑;
6.熟悉 65nm 以下工艺和设计规则;
7.熟悉 匹配/ESD/latch up/天线效应 原理及设计规则;
8.熟悉stand cell 设计，善于压缩版图面积优先。
  
Position Overview:
Responsible for IC full-custom analog layout, verification of the layout (DRC/ERC/LVS), RC extraction for post simulation。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree of microelectronics with 2～4 years experiences in CMOS IC layout.
2. Experiences in Mixed signal/analog/high speed layout.
3. Familliar with CAD tools like Virtuoso, Calibre DRC and LVS.
4. Experience in PMU and RF layout design is preferred.
5. Familiar with SKILL/Perl/TCL program is preferred.
6. Familiar with 65nm advanced process and rule deck.
7. Familiar with ESD/Latch up/antenna and related layout solutions.
8. Good at layout size reduction is a plus, with standard cell experience is good. 举报 分享
