职位描述：
Duties/职责：
- Develop and continuously improve cosmetics training course
- Organize and implement cosmetics training based on the needs of central China region, support other works in central China region
- Organize and support product training and other sales promotion events
- Organize theme event when we have new product launch, promotions and other sales actions
- Provide product information and explanation to our sales consultants
- Collect product feedback from the market and work with other departments to upgrade our brand image
- Actively establish and keep a good cooperative relationship with our leaders and work closely with branch Area Managers
- 化妆品培训资料的撰写和编辑，制作PPT；
- 根据培训需求，制定培训计划并执行培训，支援区域内分公司的其他相关工作；
- 组织和配合产品培训和利于产品销售的活动；
- 根据产品或者促销，有能力组办主题活动
- 为销售顾问提供相关产品的资讯和解答；
- 收集来自销售的产品反馈和相关信息，为其他部门提供信息，提高公司品牌形象
- 积极维护与领导人的合作关系，与分公司经理保持默契合作。


What we are looking for: 职位要求
- Good at presentation and trainings to large audience
- Presentable appearance
- Familiar with general cosmetics products and able to delivery product training
- With cosmetics products training experience is preferred
- With skin care background or make up certificate is preferred
- Willing to travel at high frequency
- English communication would be a plus
- 擅长于为观众做展示和培训
- 形象好，气质佳
- 熟悉护肤品、彩妆行业的普遍产品，并能做讲解培训
- 有化妆品行业培训经验优先考虑
- 具有皮肤护理背景或化妆师认证的优先考虑
- 能够接受比较高频率的出差
