职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and generate business revenues and opportunities
Establish excellent client relationships from existing and new clientele base, both locally and region
Lead and manage a sales team, focusing on Financial Service & Insurance industry with software & service & hardware solution
Working closely with the pre-sales and delivery teams within the company to drive business development activities


Key Requirements:

First tier University Bachelor or Master with major in Marketing, Economics
More than 10-15 years business development work experience and experience in solution selling within the FSI sector in the past 5 years preferred
At least 3-5 years’ sales Team management experience
Positive, self-motivated and highly driven to excel
Customer focus, with strong motivation to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
Communicate effectively with customers, partners, vendors and colleagues, at all levels
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with English & Chinese
