职位描述：
Position: Project Director
Location: Shanghai
Industry: Real estate/ Construction

Responsibility:
-Consult, support & guide FM /LM/customers regarding local technical topics, e.g., maintenance & replacement topics for HVAC, electrical, other (e.g., LAN), tenant improvements for customer projects.
-Develop & steer project definition & preparation including technical requirements & cost evaluation. Conduct project planning, execution & project controlling. Ensure handover of the projects to the customers. Ensure finalization of projects within timeline, budget & quality targets. Report project activities.
-Lead and execute construction, fit out, maintenance projects and executes projects according to customer requirements.
-Ensure alignment with Project Management principles according to guidelines. .
-Work with end users to prepare and get approval / permits from local authorities with compliance with government policies and regulations
-Manage external vendors to ensure that the actual project progress, cost, EHS, and quality is in line with project master schedule, budget and specifications.

Ideal Candidate:
-Bachelor Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management
 -Minimum 5 years experience of project manager involving the overall project phases of industrial construction projects, maintenance projects, fitting out projects and demonstrated experience in leading multiple projects through various phases.
-Skills of project cost estimate, cost forecast report, budget tracking
-Advanced skills in Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Power Point.
